Whether you would like to practice gentle, yet powerful yoga on the earth or take to the sky in an Aerial Yoga hammock, join a class. Each of these methods of practising yoga support and feed into each other.

Group classes

NEW! Eve’s online yoga
Subscribe to Eve’s yoga video library to gain access to a selection of mat yoga classes of varying levels of challenge. Class times vary from 1 hour to 90 minutes. This is an ideal option for students who don’t live near Plett and want to attend Eve’s classes.

Eve’s Yoga.
Originally, Eve was inspired by the work of Vanda Scaravelli. This gentle, yet powerful approach to yoga harnesses the force of gravity to encourage the spontaneous movement of the spine. In recent years Eve has been influenced by the Feldenkrais Method and her own studies, practice and experimentation. Movement often weaves within and between the poses. Eve guides her students to cast aside ambition and journey within. Then, with patience and quiet observation, the body can open and blossom, allowing us to find freedom.

Aerial Yoga®
A fun and challenging workout that combines yoga, pilates, aerial arts and strength training. With the support of a silky hammock, we gain a new perspective on familiar yoga poses, backbend, flip, swing and feel the many therapeutic effects of hanging upside-down.

Please wear fitted, non-slippery clothing without zips. Kindly remove any sharp jewellery or watches, as these can damage the hammock. The first 15 minutes of the class are spent on setting up the hammocks at the correct height for each student. Please ensure you arrive on time.

Aerial Yoga is contraindicated for severe motion sickness, heart problems, hypertension, glaucoma, sinus problems and during pregnancy. If in doubt whether this class is safe for you, please check with a health professional.

Private lessons with Eve
Private lessons can be given in person or on Zoom. These sessions provide personalised guidance to help each individual develop their unique yoga practice. They are useful for those with injuries, illnesses and difficulties or for sportspeople who require classes tailored to suit their needs. Private lessons also offer those who are unable to attend the group classes an opportunity to establish a regular practice at a convenient time for them.

Over the past few years Eve has worked therapeutically through yoga and/or massage with those suffering from back and hip problems as well as other issues. Please contact her for further information and bookings.
