Lose your mind and come to your senses - Fritz Perls

Yoga is a journey of discovery. Simplicity. Returning to the ground that supports us. Uncovering the subtleties of the breath and the deep, ever-changing movement of the spine. We enter a sanctuary where we can surrender, allowing old habits and holding patterns to wash away. When obstacles are removed, a path is cleared. When a river is unblocked of fallen trees and boulders, its water can flow. In the same way when we recognise our physical, mental and emotional blocks, they begin to dissolve and we can move into our yoga practice with freedom.

Eve trained as a hatha yoga teacher in the UK, her practice shaped by the hands of teachers inspired by the late Vanda Scaravelli. Vanda’s gentle, yet powerful approach focused on awakening the spine. Eve is based in Plettenberg Bay, South Africa where she gives regular classes. She guides groups and individuals to listen to their bodies and find natural, instinctive movement within and between the yoga poses. Eve has been teaching yoga for almost 20 years.
